Recognizing that trade fairs and exhibitions are good conduits for international trade, investments and technology transfer, Leverage has maintained a strategic business partnership with the
INTERFAMA
group of Singapore since 1976.
INTERFAMA is the pioneer of the exhibition industry in Singapore. It has also been instrumental in pioneering the exhibition business in other Asian countries. Leverage has been in business partnership with Interfama, either in joint venture, management or marketing role, mostly in Singapore and to a limited extent, in the Philippines. In 1995, Interfama and Leverage decided to pursue more projects in the Philippines, with the favorable economic improvements posted in the country. Their initial show was PowerTrends 2000+, which has since then, been regularly organized in a biannual basis.
Leverage is also the Philippine representative of the following exhibition organizers: Fiera Milano International, Reed Exhibition Companies and Hong Kong Trade Development Council. As representative of these three companies, the role of Leverage is to promote their exhibitions among Philippine companies. Leverage organizes Philippine participation in shows either as exhibitors or visitors. The shows which are being promoted by Leverage are in the following sectors: electronics, fashion, food, gifts, home furnishings, information technology, and jewellery.
